Step by Step Guide
1. Dashboard မှာ "Submit Service Bill \(Bill တင်ရန်\)" ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
2. Billing Email ကို copy လုပ်ပြီး Starlink account ထဲမှာ Billing Role assign ပေးပါ။
3. Country ကိုရွေးပြီး Account Name / Account Number ဖြည့်ပါ။
4. Amount ကိုစစ်ပြီး KBZ Pay နဲ့ ငွေလွှဲပါ။
5. Transaction ID (last 6 digits) ကိုထည့်ပါ။
6. Submit Request ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။
7. Processing မှ Paid ပြောင်းသွားပါက Starlink ဘေလ်ကို ဆောင်ပြီးသားဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Billing Role Assign Guide
• Starlink website ကိုဝင်ပါ
• Settings → Users ကိုသွားပါ
• Add User ကိုနှိပ်ပါ
• Billing Email ကို paste လုပ်ပါ
• Role = Billing ရွေးပါ
• Save လုပ်ပါ
Support & Help
• လိုအပ်ပါက Support Chat \(အကူအညီချက်\) မှတဆင့် Admin အကူအညီရယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။
• Admin ကိုဆက်သွယ်ရန် Viber / Messenger မှတဆင့်လည်း ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
Payment Notice
• ငွေပေးချေမှုတွင် အဆင်မပြေမှုများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက ငွေကို အပြည့်အဝ ပြန်လည်အမ်းပေးပါမည်။
• Starlink payment များကိုလည်း 15 မိနစ်အတွင်း အမြန်ဆုံး ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
Status Meaning
• Processing = Admin စစ်ဆေးနေသည်
• Paid = Starlink bill ဆောင်ပြီးပြီ
• Rejected = Request မှားယွင်း / မပြည့်စုံ
